Backend Developer (Fintech, Banking, Finance)

Winterfrost recruits Backend Developer to participate in developing Website, Mobile App and Software systems in the fields of Fintech, Banking and Finance. This is an opportunity for you to accompany large-scale digital transformation projects, building high-performance, secure and stable backend systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze and design backend architecture suitable for each product and business requirements.
Develop and integrate backend features into existing systems, ensuring performance and stability.
Build and develop RESTful APIs according to Microservices architecture.
Coordinate with Frontend, Mobile, UI/UX and Product Owner to deploy features for Website and Mobile App.
Configure and deploy operations on the BPM system.
Support application deployment on testing and production environments.
Monitor, optimize performance and ensure system scalability.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & expertise

Graduated from University majoring in IT, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of Backend development experience with Java, NodeJS, Python or Golang.
Have experience participating in projects in the fields of banking, finance or investment.
Priority is given to candidates who have participated in customer onboarding systems for financial products.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
Experience with Spring Security, RestEasy and RabbitMQ in event-driven architecture.
Deep understanding of designing RESTful APIs with high availability and good load tolerance.
Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Have experience optimizing systems on Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Priority

Experience deploying systems using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS or AWS Lambda.
Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Gradle, npm, Ansible.
Experience in designing large systems and optimizing backend performance.
Have deployed a CRM system for businesses or financial institutions.

Soft skills

Good product thinking and ability to work effectively in teams.
Multi-departmental communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn new technology.
