Mobile Developer Developer

• Participate in developing and optimizing Mobile applications on iOS/Android platforms using Flutter, React Native or Native.
• Coordinate with Backend, UI/UX, BA, QA teams to deploy features for the application according to project requirements.
• Analyze requirements, build technical solutions and participate in designing mobile system architecture.
• Perform technical task division, estimation and management of assigned work progress.
• Optimize application performance, improve user experience and ensure system stability.
• Ensure source code complies with Clean Architecture standards, is easy to maintain and expand.
• Participate in code review, support and share knowledge with Junior/Fresher Developer.
• Research and update new mobile technologies to improve product quality.
• Coordinate deployment and support application operations in testing and production environments according to Agile/Scrum processes.

Experience & Expertise

• University graduate majoring in IT or related fields.
• Have 3–5 years of experience developing Mobile applications.
• Experienced in cross-platform iOS/Android development.
• Proficient in Flutter, React Native or Native iOS (Swift).

Technical skills

• Have good knowledge of SOLID, Clean Architecture and source code optimization.
• Experience using State Management tools such as BLoC, Riverpod or equivalent.
• Able to work with Native code (Kotlin/Swift) and integrate Flutter Plugin.
• Understand the application lifecycle, Gradle, CocoaPods and the mobile app building process.
• Experience working with REST API, realtime socket and cache management.

Security & Performance

• Understanding of security mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, AES, SHA.
• Have knowledge about data security on devices (Keychain/Keystore).
• Know how to optimize application performance and use DevTools to analyze memory and CPU.

Tools & Processes

• Have experience using Git and advanced source code processing.
• Have experience writing Unit Test, Widget Test.
• Know how to use Postman to test APIs.
• Have basic understanding of CI/CD and Agile/Scrum process.
• Proficiency in work management tools such as Jira, Trello or Confluence.

• Good logical thinking and responsible at work.

• Able to work in teams, code review and support Junior/Fresher.
• Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
