AI Engineer Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop AI components for products: chatbot, RAG, AI document processing, AI workflow and automation.
- Build services/APIs to integrate AI into websites, CRM, internal systems and related platforms.
- Design and implement data pipelines, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation and monitoring for AI systems.
- Participate in designing technical solutions, ensuring system performance, stability, security and scalability.
- Propose optimal implementation directions between prompting, RAG, AI workflow, model routing or other AI solutions depending on the actual problem.
- Integrate AI/LLM models, data processing tools and backend systems into operational products.
- Monitor and improve system quality based on metrics: accuracy, response speed, error rate, cost and user experience.
- Analyze the causes when the AI system does not meet expectations and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Backend, Frontend, Data and DevOps departments to deploy AI into real environments.
- Write technical documents, describing processing flows, inputs - outputs, system limitations and operating notes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 2 years of software development experience, including practical experience with AI/ML/LLM/NLP.
- Proficient in Python; Have a solid foundation in backend, API, data processing and system design.
- Implemented at least 1 practical AI/LLM system.
- Practical experience in at least 2 of the following fields:
- LLM / Chatbot / RAG
- AI workflow / Automation
- Data Pipeline / Retrieval / Vector database
- Evaluation / Monitoring / Observability
- Cloud deployment
- Ability to work independently, proactively and balance thinking between quality - speed - cost - risk - scalability.
- Know how to transform business problems into feasible technical solutions.
Priority:
- Deploy AI for CRM, customer service chatbot, internal knowledge base, document processing, or automation workflow.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Experience with vector database, Redis, queue, logging, monitoring.
- Experience deploying on AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Worked in a coordinated Business - Product - Tech environment.
- Have a mindset of optimizing latency, token cost, quality and reliability.
- Write clear, coherent technical documents.

WORKING LOCATION AND TIME
- Work location: Vinhomes Grand Park, District 9, City. Ho Chi Minh.
- Working hours: Monday – Saturday (from 8:30 to 17:30).
