Middle Mobile Developer (Flutter / Swift / React Native)

Winterfrost is looking for Middle Mobile Developer with experience in iOS & Android cross-platform application development. The candidate will participate in building and developing real-scale mobile products, prioritizing sales systems, transactions and real-time applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project & Team Management

• Plan application development, break down technical tasks (WBS), estimate and allocate work to the team.
• Monitor progress, detect bottlenecks and propose timely solutions.
• Manage and develop mobile applications for company projects.

Technical Leadership

• Technical direction for mobile team.
• Ensure source code complies with SOLID, Clean Architecture and is easy to expand and maintain.
• Participate in code review and mentoring for Junior/Fresher.

System Design & Optimization

• Design mobile system architecture.
• Optimize application performance (Caching, Lazy Load, Isolate...).
• Improve user experience and system stability.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with Backend, PO, UI/UX, QA according to Agile/Scrum process.
• Ensure product quality and development progress.

Research & Improvement

• Research and update new mobile technology.
• Propose solutions to optimize security and system performance.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience & expertise

• Graduated from University majoring in IT or related.
• 3–5 years of experience developing mobile apps.
• Experienced in cross-platform iOS/Android.
• Know Flutter, Swift, React Native.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SOLID, Clean Architecture.
• Experience with BLoC, Riverpod or equivalent State Management.
• Able to write Flutter Plugin using Native code (Kotlin/Swift).
• Understand Gradle, Pod mechanics and application lifecycle.

Security & Performance

• Have knowledge of OAuth, AES, SHA, JWT.
• Understand Keychain/Keystore and mobile application security.
• Make good use of DevTools to monitor memory, CPU and optimize performance.

Networking & Real-time

• Understand MQTT, Socket, Cache management for realtime/trading applications.
• Proficient in Postman (test scripts, mock API).

Tooling & Management

• Have basic CI/CD experience.
• Write Unit Test, Widget Test.
• Advanced Git proficiency: rebase, revert, resolve conflict.
• Experience in team management, code review and mentoring.
• Good use of Jira, Trello, Confluence.

Other skills

• Have a Product Ownership mindset and understand SDLC.
• Good ability to read and understand English documents.
• Proactive, responsible and capable of handling project technical risks.
